(HVL) and National Insurance Services Vanuatu Ltd. \nMedican Service Company has more than 17 years of operational experience, with a global presence across Fiji, India (within multiple hospital campuses), Dubai, New Zealand, and the United States. The organisation manages patients worldwide, with a strong referral flow across the Pacific region, extending to Micronesia.

\nIn the final quarter of 2025, HVL successfully completed its first pilot international referral, enabling a NiVan patient to undergo robotic heart surgery at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute (FEHI) in New Delhi, India. This pathway delivered cost savings of approximately USD 5,000\u20136,000 (VUV 600,000\u2013700,000) compared to alternative providers.
